Our Admissions Process

Using our business number, please make sure to tell us the following...

• Schedule (drop-off & pick-up times)
• Whether or not you have ODHS
• Any challenges you currently face with your children
• Any allergies they could have

We will make sure to call you back as soon as we are able.

After we establish a good understanding with your needs, we will ask you to come tour our facility with your children. This gives you the opportunity to meet our staff as well as ask any questions that pop-up regarding our curriculum, our program, and much more.

Within the first week of your child being in our care,  we ask you to fill out and sign the following documents...

• Child Enrollment Authorization
• Child Information
• Medical Authorization

You can find all 3 documents underneath these instructions in one file download. The forms can be filled out electronically or physically.
